Two earthquakes occurred on September 23 (2016) in the Cyangugu-Kamembe region (Rwanda) at 17h07 and 18h12 local time.  Preliminary magnitude estimation is resp. 4.6 and 4.3. Some aftershocks with magnitude up to 3-3.5 were also recorded.
